Extended Warranty

  • Extended Warranty is applicable for 5 years from the date of purchase of vehicle.
  • ReadyAssist Warrants that it will either repair or replace all the parts covered under its warranty ( Battery, Motor, Controller, Converter and Charger) that are found defective, under normal usage of Vehicle.
  • All the Consumable parts such as Front/ rear brake shoe, all bulbs , tires , tubes, all plastic/ rubber parts and all cables are not covered under warranty
  • During the warranty period if any part is replaced, the warranty period will be from the date of purchase and not from the date of replacement.
  • In case any vehicle subscribed to EV prime is found to have the EW part(s) sourced from anyone other than the brand OEM, then EW claims on such parts shall not be entertained, and repair / replacement of such part(s) would be done solely at ReadyAssist’s discretion.
  • The extended Warranty will be null or void if
  1. Used to carry more than permitted load.
  2. Used for stunts or competition or jumping.
  3. Not serviced from authorized service stations as per schedule.
  4. Repair or spare parts replaced from a non authorized source.
  5. Tampered, sealed power train components opened.
  6. Fitted with accessories other than authorized parts.
  7. Damaged due to natural or manmade calamities such as flood, fire, theft etc..
  8. Fitted by batteries other than that provided by company
  9. The warranty does not cover any personal injuries or damages of any type to the rider and any other person due to failure of any parts of the E-bike.

Motor:

No Replacement from damage with soaked water, irrelevant way of breaking down, Accidental damage, damage due to rat bite, short circuit, improper maintenance and if the motor has been already opened or functional from other manufactures then ReadyAssist will not be responsible for any such warranty.

Battery:

No replacement Man-Made damage, physical damage, miss use of parts/ vehicle, warranty seal damaged/ tempered/removed and connector cut or damaged, soaked water, irrelevant way of breaking down, Accidental damage, damage due to rat bite, short circuit, improper maintenance and if the battery has been already opened or functional from other manufactures then ReadyAssist will not be responsible for any such warranty.

The company will shoulder 50% of the repair and replacement expenses for the lead acid battery, while the customer will be liable for the remaining charges.

Controller:

No Replacement from damage with soaked water, irrelevant way of breaking down , Accidental damage, damage due to rat bite, short circuit, improper maintenance and if the controller has been already opened or functional from other manufactures then ReadyAssist will not be responsible for any such warranty.

Converter:

No replacement for Man-Made damage, physical damage, miss use of parts/ vehicle, warranty seal damaged/ tempered/removed, Accidental damage, damage due to rat bite, short circuit, improper maintenance and connector cut or damage.

Charger:

No replacement for damage with soaked water, personal dismantlement, Accidental damage, damage due to rat bite, short circuit, improper maintenance frequent bounce when carried along on riding

Chassis:

No replacement for Man-Made damage, physical damage, miss use of parts/ vehicle, warranty seal damaged/ tempered/removed, Accidental damage, damage due to rat bite, short circuit, improper maintenance and connector cut or damaged.

24/7 Emergency Breakdown Support

Flat Tyre:

In the event of a flat tyre, we will support the Customer by fixing the puncture or by fixing the valve pin or by replacing the tube, based on the nature of the repair needed. The service labor and conveyance fee will be free of cost to the Vehicles under our coverage. All the tires will be checked for air pressure and air filling will be done as per the OEM guidelines. Consumables like valve neck, valve pin, tube etc... will be charged based on actuals and is payable by the Customer. Additional charges incurred like toll fee, parking fee etc... shall be payable by the Customer, if applicable.

Minor Repair:

In the event of any minor electrical & mechanical problems we will facilitate with a Mechanic who is skilled to perform the task as per the OEM guidelines. ReadyAssist will bear the Labor cost and conveyance costs to facilitate this service. But the Cost of Material and Spare Parts if required to repair the Vehicle on the spot and any other incidental conveyance to purchase such material & spare parts will be borne by the customer. We would also recommend the Customer to take the Vehicle to the nearest authorized workshop to get the Vehicle checked and repaired to avoid further breakdowns in near future. All the repairs & services facilitated under this category will be only on the guidelines of our client or OEM. Additional charges incurred like toll fee, parking fee etc... shall be payable by the Customer, if applicable.

Battery Swapping:

In the event of a drained battery/battery swapping situation, customers can request for a pick up and drop service , where our technician will pick the spare battery from the customer/dealer location and replace the drained battery at the breakdown location. Customer has to confirm the availability of the spare battery from the customer/dealer location. This service is complimentary up to 50 km from breakdown location to dealer's location and back to breakdown location. Additional charges incurred like toll fee, parking fee etc... shall be payable by the Customer, if applicable.

Key Unlock Assistance:

In the event of a key-loss, if a spare key is available at Customer home/dealership, ReadyAssist will fetch the key from Customer home/dealership. Our representative will handover the spare key only after validating Customer Identity proof and matching the same with Vehicle Ownership. Our support center will coordinate the communication & support required for this service with all the parties. Additional charges incurred like toll fee, parking fee, extra km charges (above 25kms) etc.. shall be payable by the Customer, if applicable.

Breakdown Recovery:

In the event of breakdown due to electrical and/or mechanical failure, if the Vehicle gets immobilized, and the issue can not be fixed on spot, then the Customer Vehicle will be towed to the nearest authorized workshop as per customer's preference. The towing will be free for the first hundred(100) Kilometers from the incident location to the service center and beyond hundred 100 kilometers will be charged extra as per the prevailing market rates. Additional charges incurred like toll fee, parking fee, state permit and RTO fees remittance etc. shall be payable by the customer. Any violation of traffic and motor vehicle acts may result in refusal of service requested

Accidental Recovery:

In the event of an accident due to which the Vehicle gets immobilized, and the issue can not be fixed on spot, then the Customer Vehicle will be towed to the nearest authorized workshop as per customer's preference. The towing will be free for the first fifty (50) Kilometers from the incident location to the service center and beyond fifty 50 kilometers will be charged extra as per the prevailing market rates. Additional charges incurred like toll fee, parking fee, state permit, crane charges and RTO fees remittance etc. shall be payable by the customer. Police NOC will be required before requesting for support. Any violation of traffic and motor vehicle acts may result in refusal of service requested

General Services

ReadyAssist provides peace of mind to EV owners by offering 5 free general services within the first 5 years of purchasing their vehicle, with OEM warranty covering any necessary replacements. For non-warranty parts, customers will receive a transparent and detailed quote for repair or replacement, and only after approval will the work be completed and the vehicle returned to its owner.

Auxiliary Services

Pick up and Drop Service

ReadyAssist will provide Pick up and Drop service to registered EV bikes which want to get service in the workshop or service station for a vehicle to be driven to service station Vehicle must be in running condition with sufficient charge which will last up to the drop point. Customer should have the pre scheduled service slot in the service station. Extra Km charge Rs 10/- per Km beyond 25 Km one way will be applicable .During pick up from the service station payment clearance has to be given to ReadyAssist. Service is applicable only between service station and customer location or vice versa

Accessories Fitment and Tyre or Wheel Fitment

Customers can avail additional accessories fitment at his home location for items like light bulbs, mobile holder, saree guard, leg foot rest, panels, indicators, mirror, center/side stand, horn or any other electrical components which can be done on-spot. Additional wires, fuse, switch, relays, clamp cost must be borne by customer. During the transit of SP if toll is applicable, customer should bear the toll charges

Charger Fitment and Service:

Customers can avail charger fitment or service during the purchase of his electric vehicle or while relocating to new house. During the transit of SP if toll is applicable, customer should bear the toll charges

ReadyAssist

Auto-Insurance Claim Support

Ready Assist's claim expert will address the customer to give consulting for the registered vehicle in claims related matters, the support will only be applicable with respect to the customers insurance policy terms.

Doctor On Call

ReadyAssist will facilitate sixty (60) minutes of free doctor on call to Customers for consulting any health issues experienced during travel on the same registered bike. The initial sixty (60) minutes consultation is provided free but if the Customer wants to extend the service with the same doctor, then the additional charges incurred for the same had to be fully borne by the Customer and paid directly to the doctor or the entity facilitating such services. ReadyAssist provides On call assistance as a complimentary service, we recommend the customer to visit the nearest available doctor post consultation.

Lawyer On Call

ReadyAssist will facilitate sixty (60) minutes of free legal assistance on call to Customers for consulting anything related to traffic violation, accident legal formalities, FIR filing consulting or any other legal formalities which will be related to traveling in the same registered bike. The initial sixty (60) minutes consultation is provided free but if the Customer wants to extend the service with the same lawyer, then the additional charges incurred for the same has to be fully borne by the Customer and paid directly to the lawyer or the entity facilitating such services. Any consequence of such services are at the sole responsibility of Customer and ReadyAssist cannot be held responsible for the same. Apart from above mentioned consulting, customer personal legal consulting will not be applicable. Instant call transfer not available.(Calls available within 30 mins of requested time)

Ambulance Support

ReadyAssist will facilitate free ambulance service to Customers in the event of an accident or any medical emergency while driving on the road. ReadyAssist will bear the cost of such service provided from the incident location. ReadyAssist does not undertake any performance guarantee or efficiency of the service due to its nature of operation. The service is subject to availability of vendors who render such services in the incident location. ReadyAssist will be unaware of the situation if the incident is not reported by Customer, or his/her co-passenger or by other means of technology integrations and cannot be held responsible for any consequences thereof. Customers cannot request reimbursements of the expenses self incurred by using such service.

ReadyAssist Customer app users can locate nearby charging stations at the click of a button.
